Packages are limited to a maximum size of 60x40x40 cm and 20 kg.

If the items do not fit into a single box, you will receive two packages. Additional fees may apply.

 

Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and do not constitute grounds for a return. The customer agrees to pay the customs fees and to collect their package as soon as possible. Customs fees are non-refundable.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

I reserve the right to refuse a new order if the terms of sale were not honored during your previous orders.

 

If one or more items are damaged during shipping, the refund will be issued as a store credit. To claim this, you must send a photo of the damaged package and the broken item within 24 hours of receiving the package.

​The refund excludes shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes (15%).
